Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective padding to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver the package to your nearest authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the instrument, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
