How long does shipping take for a new Fender guitar?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Custom Shop orders and backordered items may have extended lead times which will be communicated at checkout.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. The instrument must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Please note that custom-built guitars are subject to different return terms.
Do Fender guitars come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new Fender instruments come with a limited warranty. Electric guitars and basses typically carry a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Are the guitars set up before they are shipped?
